Artist, computational designer, and design researcher

a multidisciplinary outlet for my creative pursuits خوش آمدید

Mahnoor Fatima, hand-drawn illustrated nameplate surrounded by ink doodles and patterned borders

I'm a designer-researcher working where architecture, computation and AI meet. I build tools that think alongside designers, and I write about what that does to the practice of design.

I trained as an architect and worked as a BIM modeller, briefly ran a design magazine, and eventually found myself in AI research and web design. This site is where that work lives: the research, the buildings, the writing, and the things I still make with my hands.
